We are all spiritual being. This is the truth of the biblical story. Going back to Genesis where “in the beginning” God’s spirit moved over the waters and brought forth life. God’s spirit continues to move and continues to bring forth life in us. Revealing to us the great mystery of God’s self; God loves for all of us. If we want to be wise the first step is to stand before God and recognize that we are nothing and yet we are everything. We are empty and yet we are filled. We are weak and yet we are strong. Not because we have all the right beliefs, because we are wise by the ways of this world, but because we experience the power of God within us.
