In so many ways of our life, we worked to set Jesus apart from us, as if there are no parallels between the two, he and us. But I am here to tell you that we are much more the same than we are different. We are a son or daughter. We are brother and sister. We are student and teacher. We are a parishioner and guest. Some are carpenters and others providers of bread. Each of us in so many ways is like Jesus.
