The day has come, and in that day God has made the covenant not only with the house of Israel and the House of Judah but also with us. We are renewed in our hope that God will not be denied in our lives. Not God’s grace, not our faith, not the witness of the Holy Scripture. For we live Sola gratia, sola fide, sola scriptura and in so doing we have found the freedom of a new life. We have found the love of a God who gives to us out of an abundance. Who changes our hearts so that we walk in humility seeking justice for others and for ourselves. Remembering that the greatest gift we can do for our world is to walk this world stepping first with compassion and mercy.
