The body of Christ is fueled by love, convicted by compassion and justice, and empowered by members with a multitude of gifts. Yoshi’s family was forced to MAKE IT SIMPLE because of dire circumstances and injustice, as were Jesus’ disciples. For the disciples then—and disciples now—Jesus prepared, sustained, and strengthened all of us with a simple directive—“Love one another.”
