Paul’s life was a journey of many turns and twists that led him to the road to Damascus and his Jesus encounter. I suspect the same is true for all of you in faith. You are not where you are because of any one event, but because of a life time of events. Some of those events chronological; others of those event running parallel. But the bedrock for each of us to cling to is the truth that in all events God has been with you. This is the promise of God that we read in God’s word; nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus.
