Fair is fair. This is what we teach our children and now our grandchildren. That if you work hard and do your best, the fruits of your labors will bear witness. I teach this because I was taught that. And my mother taught me because she was taught that. In so many ways this is the basic system of living in the modern world which is kind of funny considering it’s not all that modern.
